***Disclaimer*** This product is made from oils. Oils harden and soften according to temperature. If the product arrives too hard or soft for your liking, you can either stick it in the fridge or set it in a sunny spot until it's the consistency you desire. After that, store in a cool place away from light and heat.

*Note: This product may melt during transit causing the warm weather but can be put in a cool placer to re-harden. It is still ok to use if it melts, but the whipped texture will be lost.

With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.

All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 48 hours after the return is processed.
