• RETURN POLICY

    We understand it can be tricky purchasing online. If you’re not totally obsessed with your Fem Curves purchase, you may exchange or return it for store credit only. We must receive the return within 30 days from the date of purchase. If received after 30 days, the product will be returned back to the customer. Store credit never expires.

    Your store credit cannot be used with any other discounts.

    Returns will be subject to a $8 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

    Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

    We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

    Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

    International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
    1. Submit a return request HERE
    2. You will receive an email from our team within 2 business days.
    3. Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please may drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.
    4. Once you ship your order to us, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process it.
    5. You will then receive an email with your store credit code.
    6. You can use your store credit code at checkout on your next order.
  • CONDITIONS

    Returns are subject to quality approval by our returns department. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

      • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
      • Please be careful of make up or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.
      • We do not offer price adjustments.
      • Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.

  • HOW SOON WILL I GET MY STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE?
    • Once your return is received, please allow 3-7 days for our returns department to process and inspect your return
    • You will then receive your store credit via email to reorder the new size or style.
